To maintain communication with clients, ITLevel stores in a secure offline database the names, surnames, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses of clients and their legal guardians, in cases where the trainees are minors.
To keep you informed, we use the Mailchimp platform to send newsletters, and the email list of our clients and trainees is secured in a cloud system that meets the highest standards. Mailchimp’s GDPR policy is available at: mailchimp.com.
ITLevel does not share your personal data or your child’s data with other entities or third parties. The data is stored exclusively by ITLevel, and access is granted solely to ITLevel employees.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal data at a minimal level to respond to your inquiries regarding IT services/courses offered by ITLevel and to maintain contact with you or your child during the provision of IT services/courses. We use the data to issue invoices if necessary. You will provide this data directly, only if you choose to do so, for example, when you send us a message via the contact/registration form or when we sign a contract.
Additionally, we inform you that we do not use your IP address to identify you, but we store it when you access our website – primarily for security reasons.
You can object at any time and without justification to the processing of personal data by sending a written request to ITLevel via email at office@itlevel.net.
